Twelve years in property. One clear focus.
I began my estate agency career at 17. Over the past 12 years, I have worked across Essex and London, including high-value homes in affluent markets such as Highgate and Central London.
My approach combines the foundations of traditional estate agency with modern, consultative selling: purposeful questioning, active listening, understanding a seller’s motivations, and addressing objections through informed, confident conversations rather than pressure.
I focus on building trust, communicating value and earning the instruction.
During my most recent year in Colchester, I converted 75–80% of market appraisals into instructions, never below 75%, and averaged 25–33 signed instructions per active month.
